    The site is new and I never did any link building for it 70 indexed pages in google!

    I didnt fixed anything sorry! I dont have time for working on that! the site is hosted on Dreamhost on my hosting profile! Im not giving hosting with this!

    the buyer will have to design a logo for it! And the sites theme is already equipped with adsense which you can see its working great on posts! Just have to do is copy and pasting our adsense Ids on theme control panel and it works!
