Rite now m using Yoast SEO plugin and had done some tweaking on it, for my personal Poem blog.!!! But i Have 2 doubts and Question .. and needs your real help 1. Since the keyword will be on the Categories (e.g Love Poems), so m keeping the categories indexed and follow and the tags to No-Index ..Is my setting OK.? (I felt doubt, coz most says both noindex.) 2. You can see that on writing Poems type post it's title are usually not SEO friendly and it shouldn't be either. Poems title are meant only for the Readers, Approaching lines and words.. So, i decided to add SEO friendly title on the Plugins given "SEO TITLE" ! Will that helps me and my Post ? Or, do i have to make the original title also seo friendly with no any other option..?
You can noindex the category and tag pages. As for the second question, you have to experiment this as there would be clear cut answer to this in your niche. Try to use a mix of different keywords in the title and the headings. Use SEO friendly title and description in the meta content for search engine visibility.
