I plan to make multiple pages of contact tables for a myspace editor page. I want to know which is better SEO-wise, or if they're both the same.

    /page01/
    /page02/
    /page03/

    or

    /?page=1
    /?page=2
    /?page=3

/page01/ is, the googlebot doesn't no what to do with "?" , also i'd suggest making it your title instead like /articletitle/ so to attract more google results.

good tip for later, but in this case it's just a contact table page.

    Maybe I'll do /contacttablecategory_page01/

It's better to not to use the .php extension cos google includes it in the results.

Here's a tip that is simple, but comes in handy when faced with many SEO questions:

Don't ask, "What would Google like?"--ask, "What would the average person visiting my site like?" In many cases, they're one in the same.

In this case, most people would more easily remember a simple URL like /page01, rather than /index.aspx?tabid=1 or page1.php (most people think every page ends in .html) :)

Just some advice that's come in handy for me over time.
