I don`t know how and why seo service usually mention that their backlink is coming from different IP type C-class... Why does that company prefer backlinks from IP type C?? thanks for the reply
C Class Ip means, A site owner has hosted all of his sites in same server, it means that links coming from those sites will count as one link to your site as per search engines the 3rd value is same for exp.. 555.332.114.xxx .. try to avoid these kinds of links.
Suppose you want to buy link or hair some one to build link for your website when your site will get back link if a webmaster holding 100 website and they host all the domain form same hosting company and same account that would not give you 100 back link instant google will count single back link even after getting link back from all 100 website becouse of c class ip

because in google algorithm , it is a good value to get back link from different Ip class dwebsites. because many peple take different domain name and then host to same IPS so it is necessary to check all these things....
Getting back links from different IP is good for a website. C class IP websites are hosted on same server.If 100 websites are hosted in C class IP and if we get back link from these websites then Google will count 1 back link among the 100.
