    Hi,

Hope i don't get told off for posting in the wrong area ...

I have 2 very high ranking sites .... both sit on a dedicated server and do very very well by the natural serp.

The problem i have is my hosting company are a pile of s**t ... at the start they were great but now its problem after problem ...

Im on the verge of moving to a new dedicated server host but that means changing ip addresses?

Is this a good idea in regards to SEO ? will it affect my sites with regards to google, yahoo and msn ?

I cant really afford to lose any rankings otherwise i will need to run a big google ad words campaign and i just dont have the cash.

    Suggestions ?
Do i like it and lump it with my present hosting company?
    Or can i change.

The whole issue is about seo and results .... will my site be dropped etc ... whats my options ?

I don't think your site will be dropped (unless it's unaccessible for a number of days). I successfully changed host for my sites and none of them suffered. Well my forum dropped off the index since it was unavailble (or i think it was a google hiccup)..but everything was back to normal in 2 days. The SERPs have remained the same.

Your site should be fine. Just make sure it's a seamless transition to your new servers.
