    Yes ofcourse specially those site that allow signatures or the dofollow, also it is still an advertise which support your promotions.

    Definitely, promoting using free dofollow classified ads is worthy. It helps you to increase backlinks.
    Aside from that, creating and posting a good content or ads can really help. Make it something "catchy" so that visitors will be interested on it.

    I do use free classified sites for the submissions and it is very effective. Targeting the sites with high PR are much more better and some of the classified sites that gives complete listing and traffic are Gumtree, Craigslist etc.

    most of classified list are nofollow. replace it by social bookmarking that is work for seo.

    Classified Ads have many feature like It is provides backlink for site, increase inbound link for site, and we can generate traffic to classified for a site. So it is very worthy.
