SEO and Changing the host

    Hi,
    Does changing the host too frequently affect the ranking of the web site in search engines.
    For example, if i change the hosting company 3 times in 2 months, does it affect the Page Rank? Because it is changing the server location, and also, each time the website cannot be accessed a few hours.

    If Website can not be accessed a few hours. then your Website will affect. You do not to do change hosting again and again . buy one reliable host for your website.

    As per my knowledge replace of hosting in not return any benefit for a website, it is quality of website and relevant dofollow backlinks that main matter for search engine ranking.

    Changeng host can affect your search engine ranking. In most cases it goes back after some time to last ranking but there is always some risk.

    I hope you have already done the changes, now stick to one hosting provider. Changing hosting provider is not a good idea.

    If your site is only down for a few hours it shouldn't have an adverse effect on rankings.

    HOWEVER if your moving the hosting location, e.g from one country to another, that could have an impact on rankings as Matt Cutts has stated that hosting location does have an impact.

    SEO has nothing to do with changing hosting but your site should be live all the time.
