    Forget Bing
if you wish to try it with them then sign in to webmaster central and verify your site and submit sitemaps etc
yu can use this tool too from Microsoft
    http://www.bing.com/community/blogs/webmaster/archive/2009/08/03/get-detailed-site-analysis-to-solve-problems-sem-101.aspx

but really you will be wasting your time i just wrote a post on what happened with me - i did everything including all optimization requitrements and wasnt indexed
with google and yahoo i get number one ranking for my chosen forst ten keywords and bing deosnt even register me in their index despite the fact i submitted the site and verified withy their bot code tag in the page and submitted sitemaps. Instead all that came up in Bing with my keywords were these crappy obscure half finished blogs with no posts etc and my site was not there on the first 50 pages of search!
on the "why isnt my site indexed" thread on Bing webmaster forums last night my inbox was spammed with 50 posts from dissatisfied customers whose site wont get indexed all in half an hour i got 50 mails in about ten minutes from bing.. i couldnt unsubscribe despite an unsubscribe link in each mail it only leads to the thread with no unsubscribe option
i couldnt delete my account either they dont let you
read these posts for more info before you decide to wast your time with them
they are gonna flop anyway so dont worry about bing theyll be gone before you can say bang

    read on
    http://www.bing.com/community/forums/t/652927.aspx

this one bhas 465 complaints which is what caused me to get spammed yesterday by bing form the inmpossible to unsubscribe from thread
    http://www.bing.com/community/forums/t/651406.aspx
in the end i had to block the email adress on my hotmail to stop the spam from bing

    read this too
    http://www.bing.com/community/forums/p/652093/9567985.aspx
youll see that even the bing people replying to posts (it at all they reply) are bots not people
and lastly a more extensive and perhaps funny post on a forum which i posted on about bing
im webmaster sam on that one and gtp dave is the admin who posts in that thread.. he gives some astute and important info about what Bing likes in a site and what not he knows a lot about it
but my comments are more critical
i think its important to read
    http://affiliatewebmasterforum.com/cutting-edge/625-whos-good-bing.html#post972

Yeah, but it would be an error to ignore it completely, if it were ever proven to actually require different optimization techniques than Google. I don't know if you were around when Google really hit the scene, but the long and the short of it is that just because a search engine is king today doesn't mean it'll always be the case.

yep other than pinging them your sitemap there is no point in making any special effort to rank with them no matter what they will account for a max 5 percent of your traffic and that is if you rank well with them. Concentrate on the googlebot!

SEO is not the first factor to be the 1st page at BING, bing have their own rule and its different with google. Just focus to one SE and you will success

Bing, like Yahoo, places more emphasis on the on page optimization of keywords for seo. So optimize your on page content well and submit sitemaps and verify site, etc. to get good ranking with Bing.
