Ezine articles has given me the most traffic so i suggest just write yourself a bunch of good articles there and make sure to include your link the the resource box
except you write (or you hire someone to write, i think it's merely same way), you have to get the content good keyword optimized. except you try to submit it to article directory, doing social bookmarking is also good for me.
