SEO analyzer tool

    I used to have a SEO analyzer tool a while ago, now the company i am working is interested in that specific tool which was a paid product. Was checking your pages for keyword density, prominence, tags etc and it had a keyword analyzer tool to search in 200 different engines with reports and graphs with SERP changes. Can anyone recognize the tool I am talking about, plz let me know as I am breaking my head to find the name and the company.

    It is WEB CEO. There is another tool i.e. Internet Business Promoter it has also the same functionality.

    How do I apply for an API Key for Google with WEB CEO as it requires a website on google's agreement form, any ideas?
