    Hey everyone,

    I wanted to know how good the SEO is on my site, I have used Website Grader before and I rank pretty well (96-97/100), so I am getting there.

    But I want to know

    --> What SEO improvements I could be doing to my site
    --> What parts of my site make my site bad for SEO
    --> How to take action and make my site better for SEO

    If someone can direct me to...
    --> blog posts
    --> internet articles
    --> sites
    --> books

    I would be really grateful, even your own personal analysis would be fantastic!

    Thanks a bunch,

    Kind Regards,
    Oz Teen Blogger FabZ

    Very Nice looking site fabz :)

    Is that a custom wordpress skin?

    i need you to design me one if so :D

    ok, the site is relatively new looking a the domain age so this will take a bit of time to mature and become 'aged'

    Your PR is currently at zero and though this doesnt 'matter' it is always good to try and get some PR in the bar :) organic relevant links is the way I would recommend.

    The fact that you have 'advertise here' is not a good point from an SEO point of view.
    I would remove or change that wording so that it doesnt sound like you are selling links to google!! (even though you are probably not)

    Think about ranking for some other niche search terms instead of one of the most competitive ones out there.
    At present your not ranking in the top 100 in Google which is not that surprising with a newish domain.

    Either keep on doing what your doing as wordpress is a great application to rank well with or even better, change the keywords your trying to rank for and go for a related niche.

    Become the king of that with an aged, high traffic domain and then expand to take on one of the biggest search terms like 'make money online' ;)

    Thank you for your advice, yes I custom designed the theme myself :), And I have had a lot of people asking me to do one for them :D!

    My PR0 was originally PR2 but I guess Google found something wrong, I will take your advice on the "advertise" page and do some alterations.

    My next step is ranking for keywords, so everything is good to go I think!

    Thanks again,
    Fabien

    Okay, heres a few quick things I noticed:

    You don't have any <H1> tags, which you should have with your keywords. Also, you used the word "money" in your title 3 times, which might be overkill-I would keep it short and sweet. Some of your alt attributes in your image tags have 8+ words - I would recommend 3-5 with your keyword in them. Furthermore, when you write blog posts save the bold words and phrases for your most important keywords and points instead of bolding a bunch of sentences in one article if possible.

    I also noticed that you post your entire article on the homepage. I would post a brief snippet and link to the full article on the article page. By doing this, you wont be getting a duplicate content penalty for internal pages of your site from Google. Even though your not copying another sites content you can still get penalized for posting the same content of more than one page of your own website. You can minimize the effects of this, by posting just a snippet of text and than Google will follow it and see that you have MORE unique content on the actual article page.

    I could help you more if I knew what keywords you were trying to optimize for...

    I do not not know how to do the "Read more..." thing in Wordpress for the snippet to occur. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks a lot SEOguy101!

    I will try and keep bold words to a minimum, but I use bold words to help my readers, I don't want to go all out SEO on them. I will try and find a way to implement h1 tags with my keywords. Thanks again!
