what it mean, if site:domainname command not showing home page, but showing all the the internal pages.

 

it means your home page is not indexed while other pages are indexed

 

There is very serious problem too. Because the main page of your website is not indexed. Please check carefull the problem. It is not good indication also.

Submit the XML sitemap, it will help you in better indexing of your pages.
