You don't get good page rank by having the right keywords, you get it by having other sites link to you i.e. exchanging links. You should research your keywords using free keyword tools at least like Google's tool, Good Keywords, and Overture. Don't pick keywords that are too competitive or you'll never get ranked. And always, the more relevant content you have, the better. Sheree

Sheree is right. The secret (that nobody here seems to want to tell anyone) is just to build a good Web site that others want to link to and actually use. In other words, provide something of value to the people who are going to use your Web site (and this group is not necessarily the group that you think will be the primary users). You may not get it right the first time, but with some elbow grease and time you'll probably do well - especially if you listen to what your users have to say (conducting surveys on the site and inviting people to use your contact page to provide suggestions on how to improve the site can do wonders).
Yes, thats' so true. i always ask my subscribers what they want to see more of, what they want to see less of, basically what they want from me. This is a great way to really get to know your true target market. Who else is more of a target market than your subscribers, right? Be willing to give more and be willing to go the extra mile to give them what they need. For example, I was getting such phenomenal results from my various Web 2.0 marketing efforts without really even trying that last night I decided to not publish my text Ezine this month and instead I am taking an extra week to publish a crash course in Web 2.0 strategies. I'm giving them everything that has given me results and how I got them. The reason I did this is because I got a really cool e mail from one of my subscribers after I sent individual video mails out to the for New years. He couldn't believe I went to all that trouble. I realized that this is what Web 2.0 is really about and I got to work on videos and articles and tips for the new issue. The moral of the story is, if you ask them what they want, they will gladly tell you. Sheree
Links from other sites to your site can provide you a good PR...As for keywords I would say viagra is the best. Unfortunately...
Also update Your blog with quality content quite often. What information do you think as a reader you would need when reading a blog about Health?..Put in all that in your blog.Think from readers perspective, If content is good and worth reading, theres nothing that can stop people from reaching your blog Dont worry about the Keywords ..Good Luck
In terms of getting PR, you don't need to have a good keyword. PR is calculated through backlinks....A targeted keywords can help your SERP not in PR...
