I need SEO advice on my site. I run houseme.ca(house/apartment rentals) which has a lot of sub-domains, I would like to start a SEO campaign that will get some of these sub domains ranked for keywords. So far according to my research, the best keyword I have came up with "rent [subdomain] apartments" on google.CA (I only want the ranking for .CA). I will have a budget of 250-300$ a month, this may cover maybe 3 subdomains out of many. I am looking for for someone to understand my business/website and advice me on the best way to start doing SEO, keyword, article submission etc. Please go through one of the subdomains (london.houseme.ca) and tell me the best way to spend my money on SEO. I have comissioned someone to rank edmonton.houseme.ca for "rent edmonton apartments" on google.ca so far I am at 11th position however I am not getting any traffic for this keyword at all.
I would like to talk with you about helping you with your SEO. Whether that talking comes to anything or not in the meantime please pop over to the forum in my sig (TVWolds) as I will show you how that can help and as I say what ever it turns out RE any talks, remember we all leave trails
Target the keyword you want to work with is the number one task for you. Set up your website title and arrange all the meta tags perfectly. Create unique content for your home page and start a business blog as soon as possible. Setup your business profiles on social media websites like facebook, myspace, twitter, digg, reddit, stumbleupon etc.
Too many Sub Domains not really good. coz google think your website trying to manipulate PR . try no to make sub-domains better make costum folder like this. www.domain.com/Apartement or www.domain.com/Hotel or www.domain.com/House and etc
My last project for house/apartment rentals was rusticaltravel.com with hundreds of KWs ranking for rentals all over Spain. If you wish we may talk.
I'd recommend you study your competitors .. use a tool like Majestic and see how other sites are getting back links. Then follow what they do, perhaps also pick up a few expiring domains that relate to housing/rental and setup sites which back link to site.
