if you required high rankings for generic keywords like courier and courier services then you need high quality of seo work else for local keywords you can do seo as per the competition of keywords...

Well, dude, according to my sources you have about 118 backlinks and most of these are pretty low quality so when you say you have done a lot of off-page SEO I think you have underestimated what that means. If you want to rank for couriers, delivery etc then my advice is forget it ... at least for now. Pick long tails and geo-targetted keywords like 'sameday courier delivery dubai' (your contact address is in Dubai, is that where the site is targeted?) and start to rank for these first. Go for the low hanging fruit and build up. A PR 1 site with that number of backlinks has a loooong way to go to rank anywhere near the first page for a term like courier. Good luck
Yes, what may seem "lots of" is just scratching the surface. What your site requires, from my point of view, is much more than what you've got, it needs a serious campaign, especially for the quite competitive niche you're in.
