SEO advice for Plus Plus Tutoring

    I represent Plus Plus Tutoring, http://www.plusplustutoring.com
    It is a tutoring agency. I was wondering why the site doesn't come up first when searching tutoring chapel hill on Google. The firm was founded in Chapel Hill, it is listed in many White Pages (in Chapel Hill), on Craigslist, Backpage, Oodle, and many other sites. It is also a well known in the area.

    Can someone help examine this for me?
