    • shorten ur meta description..otherwise it will get truncated in SERP snippets
    • keyword density in content if very low...its 1.49% for main keyword, which shld hav been 5-6% and 2-3% for secondary keywords
    • dont embed all the code in head tag...make an external file for it n just refer it in head tag..it will decrease a page load time n help indexing.
    • insert more content..must b unique
    • craete a xml sitemap and submit it to google through webmaster tools account

gr8 way for traffic is ranking high for ur targeted keywords in search engine as 80% of the traffic to websites come from search engine...so concentrate on some quality link building with ur keywords in anchor text

try social bookmarking for quick traffic

What do you suggest I cut my description down to?

And how did you get this keyword data/information?

120 chars including spaces or 12-20 words
1st 70 characters should stand alone coz the description can get truncated

    ^ nice one coolseo36 :D

My suggestions in order to increase traffic to your site was:

    - Search for a related keywords for your site.
    - Submit your site to different directory site (for indexing)
    - Create an effective content for your main page.
    - Classified ads for promotions of your product or service.
    - Social bookmarking is also good.

Then the rest follows.. you can look for other techniques to
gain traffic for your site. Hope it helps :)

Okay, I spent some time working on keywords and description.

Keywords: adminfuel, forum, forums, community, directory, vbulletin, articles, smf, phpBB, seo
Description: AdminFuel is a forum providing resources, knowledge and experience to forum administrators.

Do you think those are fine? Or should I have a description and keywords that change depending on topic content?

This is a nice description for home page, but i would have once used "admin guide" in a description as it more describes ur site!

And the description of articles are written in a narrating fashion..these are not to be shown ne where on site but only in SERPs and also used for search rankings by engines...so those shld be more like a tag line attracting search engine visitors and including important keywords to be found as an exact match to search query for that particular article.
