    I am not sure what he meant, but I would personally ditch that design (or rework it a lot). It's slow to load, full of pointless stuff. If I landed on your site looking for customers, I would bounce. The drop-downs look fancy, but they are annoying. So are sliders. Your site does not scroll smoothly. I compared it to Facebook (also bloated) and it was slower than that.

    Simplify your site - look good, but at the same time let people know what you are about, sell yourself. Do it succinctly.
