SEO & 301 Redirect Question.

    I recently added oscommerce to my site at mysite.com/catalog. On my original mysite.com where used to lie a page i put a 301 redirect using straight PHP. My question is on the original mysite.com do i need any kind of header tages, title etc or will the search engine grab all of that from mysite.com/catalog. Thanks

    If search engine automatically crawled your site then don't need to put any tags........
