The articles I ordered for you took a little bit longer than they normally do (as I said in my update emails), which added a couple of days to your overall turnaround time. My turnaround time (excluding article writing time) is 5 days - and I'm right on schedule. Anyway, I do apologize for the time your articles took to get back to me. Normally my article team does stay within their 48 hour estimate, but sometimes they take a little bit longer to deliver. Its a lot of work and a lot of good quality links for an excellent price. Service - By far the most professional communication I have had on DP. Nadia is a very good communicator and does a great job of sending updates while the work is in progress. Performance - Well I will let you know once everything has been indexed and the SERP ranking show the work that was done. I have no doubt it will be there.
