Haha, SEnuke is definitely a great resource. What's even better is out-sourcing the work to other people (who aren't you!)

No viruses guaranteed, only false positives if any.

But like someone mentioned this is only good if you have multiple pages to optimize and actually pay the membership.

Let me tell you I have a whole business model centered on SEnuke. So probably I know a few things there :)
These are good observations - that it is large scale, does not have a steep learning curve, the workflow is a little intricate. At the same time, this is what you should put up with when taking on a product of such complexity.

The best thing to do in order to save money is to make a few linkwheels manually. Yes, it takes time - but it also teaches you what to expect, what to check, and it allows you to develop a working structure (most linking models out there are already suffering penalties in Google, some more than the others).
Next, do some massive social bookmarking and RSS submitting yourself. Get to know the websites and properties.
You can try video submission too, but by now you should know the drill.

ONLY THEN invest in SEnuke. When you understand how it works (one week will not be enough for you to get savvy with it for free), where it works and especially for how long it works.

This is something nobody seems to be telling loud enough - your linkwheels need maintaining, your profiles need maintaining, and you need to manage your time between building new properties and propping the old ones.
If you can commit to using it 2-3H / day, even if only to bookmark your new articles and ping the links, you stand a good chance of making your money back. And the price - yes, it is expensive, but this also eliminates the goodwill dance - you don't have to beg for support, you don't have to wait for 3-4 months for a bug to be fixed - it's all there, a premium service for the right price. I know there are ways to pay a lot less for it, so maybe you should investigate those as well. Good luck!
