Sent money using moneybookers and got scammed. How to get my money back?

I have reported this in their support center(under account security) about 8 hours ago but haven't got any response from them yet.
I am wondering will I get my money back? Although its not a big amount (only 18 $ ) but still its my hard earned money.
In case of paypal and payza its simple to understand as they have a disputes and resolution system. But I don't understand how Moneybookers/scrill works.

The person whom received my money is a confirmed scammer. He has hacked someone's skype account and has scammed many people. Skype account belonged to someone I knew and that's why I sent money.

 

It's gone. Once MB payment is sent, there is no way to reverse it.

You can phone Moneybookers and tell them that the service you paid for was not delivered. They will certainly help.

 

Here is the reply I got from moneybookers. It seems my money is gone.
MB works like LibertyReserve. Once you click the send button the transaction can not be reversed.

 

I don't think of any way to get money back. unfortunately.

 

I don't think there is a way to get money back, but if it was for a physical product it may be possible
