Someone just sent me a payment through paypal and a couple of hours later I bought something. Around 20 minutes after, It says the payment that was sent to me said "held" while the payment I just sent to buy something said "completed". About an hour later paypal sends an email saying that the hold on the money I received has been taken off. But the money that I sent to buy something says "inquiry by paypal" and "awaiting others response" What does that mean? Isn't it supposed to say hold? On the front page, it says completed and when I click on it it says again that it's been completed. So did the payment go through?
I don't get it. On the front page it says the transaction has been completed. Isn't it supposed to say held or something?
When I look at the status it says completed. But way at the bottom it says: This transaction is subject to a Buyer Complaint or a chargeback. Go to the Resolution Center to learn more on resolving this issue.
Is the balance in your account suitably reduced due to the debit of paid transaction? Just contact the seller with your transaction Id and make it sound like a customary follow-up letter asking for acknowledgment of the payment sent... If all these attempts result in negative, just contact the paypal over phone. Regards, RightMan
