    Full niche is Touch Sensitive Screen so a sub-domain like touch.sensitivescreen.com could be useful. But an end-user who is looking for creating a site to sell those stuff may want the plural version of this domain. I think you should develop it with the sub-domain and make your site #1 on that keyword to sell it for a good price.

    By the way the guy on your parked page is really irritating :)

    Low to mid $xxx undeveloped. If you develop a site, you could get more (like high $xxx and up) in case of an end-user sale. Good luck!
