OK, Hopefully this is in the correct thread as I didnt know where to really put it.

Im currently setting up a website (fonefiles.net), I have a few friends putting in all the catagories & sub catagories

But the next task is to fill the site with files.

In total the amount of files to fill is (150,000) but to start with I would like to do it in blocks of 1,000 - 10,000

The files range from 1 - 5mb on average.

I have area's and access where I can get the files from.

So what im really trying to find out is how much I should pay per file that is fair..

I looked around at how much people pay for content and things and on avg its $0.20

so would $200 per 1,000 files be fair? ($2,000 per 10,000 files)

Would this be a simple FTP upload after downloading files that you directed? During the upload, are they just uploading them in a large batch or are they uploading them 1 at a time to specific folders? If it is a large batch and directed files, I'd accept about 10 cents, depending on how fast it will take to download. Individual folders would be about 20 cents + due to the sheer annoyance of the upload.

BTW, I have done this type of work before, so I'm available. Send me a PM.
