If my paypal balance is zero, and I send $10, will I be charged interest per month? and what if I add $6 the end of the month, will my balance become $-4 ?
No no charge will be made to your account. The transaction fee is deducted from the money sent. (the person who gets the $10 will receive about $9.7 or so as paypal will deduct some thats all) Paypal is absolutely free for keeping money in account.
How can u send if you don't have balance in your paypal? Its like asking to buy something with an empty wallet U need atleast a credit card linked to ur paypal if you want to send money then so that the amount can be charged to your credit card. Well, if the website sells domain for $8 then u only pay that amount (that the site mentions) and only that much amount will be deducted from your paypal balance. Hope that helps.
i dont think paypal will let you send money if your balance is ZERO.... but maybe your paypal is different from ours.... and even if somehow you send the money, there will be no interest or charge from you.... the only thing you will see is -tive balance.... and they will email you more often to fund the account.... and if you add $6 then your rest -tive balance will become -$4....
Well, generally they expect you add a credit card to your account so if you have zero balance and make a payment, they will deduct from your credit card or bank account. Not everyone is a seller so they do not have a paypal balance, other than a handful of countries, most of us cannot preload our paypal accounts with money.
