Hi , firstly thank you all for stopping by in my first post!

I do have a website selling things... We found out (with the help of a reliable software i can not disclose) that we are sending traffic to our competitor , and that is very strange.

Does anybody have an idea how this could happen or any tools to investigate this?

Thank you for you help in advance...

What kind of software is that (you don't have to disclose the name)? I think that'll help us to understand further.

    It's like saying:
"I got hurt, how can I prevent it from happening again?"

I would start by looking at the source code for your website and see what URL's are listed in the code. If you find a URL that is not part of your website and to a website that you did not specifically want to link to, that is the first thing to focus on.
