This is allowed for CPA offers right? To send targeted traffic? Say you send 1000 real human hits to your CPA offer page, and you get 1% conversion to a CPA offer that pays $22. That is $220. And 10,000 people with a 1% conversion, that is $2200. Yes the traffic might not be the best quality, you'd need to see what is targeted or quality traffic, but 1% is possible.
