    If your business is running so well that you have to send so many PMs weekly and dont have time even to customize the PMs, I recommend you ask all your clients to email you and get to the customers via email instead of PMs whenever possible.
    Enable 'members can send me email option', distribute your business email in your signature, sales thread, or anywhere your clients can read them easily. It will surely reduce the number of PMs you send per week.
    And dont expect your ban will be lifted for the second time.

    The suspension time is directly proportional to the number of PMs sent. The more you sent the longer you will be unable to sending more.
