Hi, I have a list of subscribers that signed up to get emails direct to their email inbox for notification of new working web proxies. They have all entered their email addresses (on sites like http://www.chavstar.com/) and confirmed their subscription. It currently has 328 subscribers (but increases every day). Cost is $4 (over paypal). You can include as many links (only to working proxies though) as you want (well... up to a limit... not going to post a list of several hundred in one go ;p). The email template will be very short (It just basically says something along the lines of "Here are todays free working web proxies" and the list below). PM me or reply here.
