hi I want to send newsletter for my users that have been registered.I have gathered all emails. I want to send them every 500 emails separately.I mean every group contains 500 emails.I have dedicated server from iweb. do you think it is good way or there is better way for sending? I am collecting them on outlook express.
Why don't you use any email sender software. There are so many on the net. You can also search any free one.
It sounds as if you have never sent a mass email to them yet. Are you on a first name basis with your host? 500 at a times seems a good rate, but one spam complaint will get your host irate. My advice would be to use a 3rd party like aweber or something like that. A list of 50,000 should not be taken lightly. It has massive potential. But also potential for abuse. Aweber (google it) probably can even transfer all names over for a fee. Like I said, 50,000 is nothing to sneeze at and you should not balk at spending money or keeping it safe. You won't have to worry about spam complaints if you use a reputable 3rd party. Stephen C
It won't be a problem with a dedicated... just install an email sender script and start sending You can't use aweber, groupmail or any other provider as they want your subscribers to verify their subscription which will take time and most of the people will probably not interested
Use K-ML software. It's a mailing list/newsletter manager. With K-ML you can very easily manage large lists of contacts or customers and send them customized messages that fits their profile. K-ML supports HTML messages with images and sound, attachments, worldwide characters sets, priority levels...
the besy way to is crete a emailing list wordpress (if you have a wordpress blog) has a ton of diffrent plug-ins you can use to do this that abide by spam law
exactly.. aweber will not send them for you.. the emails you have are not considered kosher .. if you get them from your outlook, you probably have permission to send those emails.. so why not send them on your own server.. 500/day seems OK.. I would say you can go up to 2000/day...
