Sending money through paypal. Personal Payment or Online Purchases?

    Any difference why many people want's their money to be sent as a personal payment? Instead of Online Purchases even doing an online shopping. Are they going to earn more because of this? Are the getting points?

    Well...If you send the money as "personal" > "gifts/others",then there is no need to pay fees

    By sending payments through personal route, one is able to save on fees and hence the mis-use of it... even for a business transaction! :(
