Sending money from paypal without linking my credit card.

    I'm a paypal user from India and want to use my paypal balance to buy some items on ebay. However, unfortunately, Indian regulations say that i cannot transfer money via paypal ; I have to link a credit/debit card and send money only through the card. My seller only accepts payments via paypal and I dont have a credit/debit card of Mastercard/Visa (Mine's Maestro) which is not supported by paypal. Can anyone advise me on what i should do. I had bid for an item and the time is coming up for the last day of payment :( .

    You can't do anything in this case. Just ask your seller to provide you another payment processor option to pay such as MB,Alertpay etc.

    ask your seller to create a buy now button from paypal and pay them directly using a credit card

    But I dont have a credit card. Will this work for Mastercard debit card?

    No you can only pay with a credit card with paypal , so unfortunately you can't do anything in this case Except getting a cc.

    If you have a HDFC debit card than you can use their free vcc service to pay your seller

    Dude, its not mandatory to have a CC you can also create a V.C.C (virtual credit card). its just another credit card but its virtual and will expire after a very short period of time. there are many banks which don't charge your even a single penny to create a V.C.C. once created go to your paypal and add the credit card. PayPal will take both CC and VCC as same, once added you will be able to pay through your paypal but the funds will be taken from your VCC. so, when you create a VCC don't forget to allocate proper funds or your transaction will fail.

    Hey all , is it possible for others to send money to my paypal even though I havent linked my VISA credit card to it. Replay asap! Thanks :)
