I am in the UK which obviously allows payments and set up of Paypal accounts. I have a business partner in another country where Paypal isn't avaliable - this obviously means he can't set up a Paypal account, and i can't send any funds from my Paypal directly/electronically to him (via a Paypal account that he holds). As part of Paypal you can transfer money to a chosen bank account (which i have done before) however is it possible to transfer funds from Paypal to my business partners bank account even though his bank account is in a country that does not support Paypal? Presumably if this can not be done i just need to transfer the amount to my bank account and then do a wire transfer?
xoom supports 24 countries as I can see so he would have to check his partners country is listed... p.l.u.r.
Well you can only withdraw/send funds to your own account (bank account which is attached to your paypal). So this means you can't send money to his bank account from your paypal. So the best solution would be a wire transfer/western union.
