Sending money from Alertpay to Paypal users

    Not directly. I wish this was possible with more ease... Your best bet is to transfer via your 3rd party bank account. There's no exchanger that's official that i'm aware of. Take Care...

    No, you cannot send money to a competitor network. You could however withdraw the money and pay your paypal users via your credit card.
