Hi, I am going to be sending a mass email to more than 51,000 members. The message is a newsletter for a fanpage and I want to include a 'Recommended Websites' section. Most of the members are from the UK and there are between 100 - 300 members joining the fan page everyday.

No, they are members of the fan page and not on my friends list. If you have a fan page it allows you to send updates / messages to all members and they automatically receive updates unless they opt out.
