Basically anyone who can speak decent English can do this, but I need someone who is motivated to do a good job. This website has highly authoritive and quality content so it should be relatively easy to get links.

-What do I need to do?-
What you need to do, is send emails to other websites, and write a (nice) comment about their site. Then, you make a comment about my site, hobbylawncare.com, and perhaps mention that you would like a link from them. You can give them a link from my site to their but only if they request it. You can also send one email first, commenting about their site and mentioning how your (my) site has similar content, then wait for their reply, and follow up with an email asking for a link.

to begin with, you wil be exchanging getting links from sites that are in this directory: http://www.coldclimategardening.com/garden-blog-directory/.
There are many high quality blogs and other sites in this list. If we have depleated this list, we will collaboratively search for more sources.

    -What does it pay?-
    I have made a pay-for-performance payment scheme:
7 US dollar per 60 link request emails.
    Bonuses:
20-40% of sites emailed give backlink: 50% bonus (3.5 Dollar)
40-60% of sites emailed give backlink: 100% bonus (7 Dollars)
60-80% of sites emailed give backlink: 200% bonus (14 Dollars)
80% or more of sites emailed give backlink: 400% bonus (28 dollars). this is prolly impossible though.
    (payable through paypal)

    -Where do I sign up?-
I will only accept one person to do this work for me.
If you are seriously interested in doing this work, please send me a private message containing the following:

    1. Your age/sex/location
    2. how you plan to do these link exchange emails
    3. a sample link exchange email, use my site (hobbylawncare.com) as your target site
    4. how many emails you think you can send per week
    5. if applicable, your experience with link exchange and/or other SEO work

-What more do I need to know?...-
    10 Rules:
    1. Links must be from active blogs, active is defined as:
    - blog has posts that are no more then 3 months old. AND
    - blog has more then 10 posts
    2. For each link exchange email, you must send a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) to the following email address: [lxc at hobbylawncare.com], so that I can review your emails.
    3. You will be paid for each batch of 60 emails.
    4. You may not send link requests to unrelated blogs.
    5. You must customize each email to the site you send it to. As advised in the articles linked above, you must include a comment about the site you are mailing.
    6. If I find out you are sending batches of very similar emails to many sites you will not get paid. I dont want to spam anyone.
    7. You must log all the websites you email in the word document that I provided. You do not have to fill in the Notes column but it might be good for your performance, as you will be able to identify people when they reply to your emails, and score more links. (and get more money).
    8. You must also send a BCC to my address for every followup or reply email you send to websites in name of my site.
    9. I will pay for up to 600 request emails to begin with, after that we'll talk about more work. If you're still doing ok after 600 emails I will probably want to hire your for more sites.
    10. You will email in name of our site, and therefore you must always be polite in your communication with potential link partners.

    Regards,
    JR

due to a lack of responses, rates are negotiable. I estimate that you get a feeling for this, you'll eaily do 60 emails per hour so pay is not bad at all.
