Sending Limit Question

    I need to verify my account by adding credit card to increase sending limits.

    Btw, it says sending limit is 100€ and receiving 2500€ ..where's logic in that?

    Problem is, my credit card has billing address from different country (neighbor country ) then one I reported on PayPal.

    Does credit card needs to have the same billing address - or to be more precise COUNTRY - reported as my PayPal account? Is there a way to increase sending limits for that account?

    Well,I dont think you can use this CC to verify your paypal...
    As far as I know ,there is no limit for receiving..

    There are limits of receiving money to paypal if you are new one in there. You cannot change your address wich one u have registered to paypal. Adding your cc to paypal its for sure to have the same address of your billing cc information and paypal.
