Hey guys, I had a VCC previously, though it expired and now the sending limit remaining in my account is : $7.63 USD Should I just add a new VCC to solve this problem?,( i am really not sure about it, since i always get a message from Paypal) or Should I just withdraw all the funds to a check and probably make a new account for my further transactions. It's just so confusing, please help me out. Appreciate your time.
Why don't you verify using real credit card as they charge only once $1.95 for that and infact they return this amount to your account after verification. DON.
My usage of a CC is limited so I had to close it down. Besides, I never really used a CC in my other paypal accounts. VCC was just fine for them all.
how many paypal accounts you have?? and what is wrong with your CC's.... i have both my CC's added in my PayPal.. and i never had any problem.... only a scammer is scared to add his Real CC's to paypal because he know if paypal find out he is scamming, then they will take the money out of the CC... and also scammers need to hide there real name and address... which is why they hate to add there CC's on thre account

Between, I got 2 paypal accounts with my real address and real name. I don't have a identity crisis....
Typically, Credit Cards are issued by banks and they do not just issue it to anyone just like that, they will do identity and credit checks on you before they issue the cards. Paypal relies on the bank's verification process to determine your identity. Paypal works will hundreds of millions of customers across the globe and it is difficult for them to determine off-hand if you are real and fraud. You are joining Paypal and you need to agree to their terms. If you don't then find some other payment processors to use which can accomodate your need for privacy. You can list read names and address but by looking at them, Paypal cannot be certain that those are real information and I doubt they will go visit your home to verify. I hope that when you say you have 2 paypal accounts, they comply with the 1 personal + 1 premier/business account rule.
That's correct, I have a personal and a business account. So what do you suggest?, should I just apply for a CC and use it to verify my account? or Is there a substitute for it?
