Sending limit $0.0 with no cc or bank account.

Hello. I have $10 on my unverified paypal account and I would like to spend it somewhere but I can't because my spending limit is $0.0. I don't have a cc or a bank account, so am I just screwed or does the spending limit eventually go up or something? By the way, I created the account today and got the money from doing surveys.

You'll have to get it verified. Otherwise it is pretty useless to you.
Some people on this thread know how to do it and can help you.
"Virtual credit card" is the key.

Yeah, the problem is I dont want to spend the $20 for the VCC though. And in some of the other thread people say that they can send money with an unverified account.. There is a thread on here about an unverified person with a $500 sending limit but I can't post the link because I dont have enough posts yet.

Well it probably also depends on what country your account is based in..

Your spending limit will eventually increase even if your not verified. Just give it some time. I think it takes a month for your paypal acocunt to be open in order to spend money or whatever. I'm not 100% sure on this, but I do believe this is the case.
