Hi, We are trying to send out a load of HTML emails, for example news letters or general sales emails. Most render fine, with html showing as it should. But the odd few are showing as either text html and some are showing as just plain text as it is not showing the html at all. We are struggling to find out what setup most people are on however alot of it seems to be with outlook 2007 using pop3 to retreive email. They are able to receive html email from other sources just not us. And if they log onto the web browser to view these emails they show as HTML. Which says to me that their setup to receive html email is fine and our email may be missing something that some clients may need. BTW we are including text\html in the header... I've hit a brick wall and just dont know why, any help is appreciated... Thanks P.S. I couldnt find a relevant section for this so if it is best sitting in another section feel free to move it.
Why don't you post one e-mail of yours in it's entirety, with all headers etc., so we can have a thorough look at it?
the email rendering also depends upon the email client, some clients can only render text based emails.
