I have got instructions from paypal to send a fax of utility bill to them. Can I use free internet fax facilities for it?

Hmmm. Well, you need a credit card to verify your paypal account so I assumed you have a credit card for this.

Have you used it before? How much area does the ad takes? I mean in my case it shouldnt block the info which I have to send

 

I don't know about faxzero, I just saw it on google. I supposed that if you are looking for free, you would expect some ads. But you can see a sample at http://faxzero.com/faq.php

as you have ymca with your name means you are near to ncr and you can fax your documents easily to paypal , simply fax to them from any fax machine , from india and it cost you around $ 3 to $ 4 , as soon as you fax the documnets to paypal they will verify your account with in some time.
Also send them mail for it or make a call to paypal that u had send the fax to them which will help you more.

 

Fax it yourself. It saves lots of hassles. It wont cost you more than $1

Well, if you are not in the country you are registered as on a temporary basis such as a business trip or a holiday then that should not be a problem. But if you are there for a long term and worst if you were not in the country which which you were registered as when you sign up.

Basically, under Paypal terms, you can only register as from the country you are currently residing. You cannot claim you are from the US while in effect you are from another country as that would be a good reason to limit your account. Was that why they limited your account in the first place and they just want to confirm their suspicion ?

 

It's funny that he has an HK PayPal account, but he is asking if +852-XXXX-XXXX is a US phone/fax number while +852 belongs to HK.

i called up at PP usa and they were totally cool with fax from other country than the one regestered with.. all they want was a fax...
