sending email with html form in Hotmail

Hello,
Has anyone sent a Hotmail email with a HTML form in it?
I have tried and Hotmail encodes the url in the form which stops it working.
Any advice?

 

wel you will have to use serverside script too, because those scripts give you functions for email i think...

 

I've already sent a html email in Hotmail. It's only the url in the form that is encoded and does not work.
Does anyone have any experience in html emails?
