sending and receiving money through paypal

i have heard that some ppl cannot receive money and send money.i mean those who are indians.did anybody have this problem?

 

Probably he was banned by paypal.

Yap, because normally paypal can send and receive a payment. So if it can't I think it was banned or maybe some pending verification for that account.

 

I don't have this problem.
The only problem is cannot withdraw to my bank account.

 

My friend was facing such a issue but his account is now restored. Paypal had asked him to provide verification details and bank account details.
