sending 500000 emails?

    i have database of 500000 that i bought.
    my problem is how to send it i dont know if it optin or not. (probebly not).
    i think the best way is to rent offshore server.
    do you guys have an idea of how to send them?
    or maybe you can recomend of good ofshore server that you use.

    need help fast
