I don't think you'll find any tool that will do that. Most ISPs and hosts limit the number of emails per hour because it prevents SPAM.

Do most of the free email service providers insist on DomainKey? If you want to use your own server.. it is pretty easy to send emails.. but at any meaningful volume, you will have deliverability problem if your own ISP does not shut you down first. You know a lot of ISP even charge to investigate SPAM complaints... just my 2 cents

say im seding out 1 million emails a day, with a www link in the body of the message will THAT get blacklisted, or just where i am sending the emails from?

do they ever make any bans of the EXACT www in the body of a email?

From my experience, the server that got reported as spam may get it mails blocked.

I don't think urls in the mail will get blacklisted unless people actively report those urls as malicious website.

You have to use your own smtp server to make it safe sending bulk emails and most of hosting company will bann you.
