Send it after your approved and know who to send it to. When I sent mine it was to my affiliate manager directly if you just send it to the office they seem to loose them.

I am in the US but as I recall they did call me. Their office is in New York and they on on -5 GMT time. I have received calls from them anywhere from 9am-6pm -5 GMT. So you can expect it to be during these hours. They did not e-mail me at anytime before they reached me on the phone. I think the first time they left a voice mail telling me to call them at their office number and then gave a extension. After I called and they ok'ed my account did I get a acceptance e-mail from them. So you should be checking your phone not your e-mail.
