send sms using through php

    i'm trying to do a project on how to send a sms
    having trouble in inserting to database....
    could anyone please help?
    well i'm a newbie in php...
    this is the coding i tested...but no idea what had went wrong...

    Clickatel are a good sms gateway although they are expensive depending on where you are sending the sms's.

    First in which country you're going to establish the service???
    It requires a SMS gateway now which cost you a lot first!
