Send ONLY country

    Hi friend, I'm in a country in Asia and Paypal allow me to send ONLY.
    It means I can not receive payment :(.
    Please tell me if there is any other way that I can create full option account and NO risk of limited account?

    You can creat Full Option Account but no one can sure about " NO risk of limited" as you said :)

    i am also very scared about this because i am planning to go KSA in future, but there paypal has only send option, how can i deposit paypal there?
