In order to stay on the right side of SPAM laws and build my own clientele base; I'd love to send out HTML emails to your clients who've verified that they may receive offers of business solicitations from you/Partners. Clients must be US/Canadian based and individually addressed. Delivery, open and click rates must also be trackable. Interested to know how large your client base is and what it'll cost.
